Gandot
Description
A "gandot" was the name for the lunchbox used by Saint-Étienne's miners and factors workers, but there's no need to bring your own to Place du Peuple. No, at Denis Vial's they serve simple, nourishing food in cute, eco-friendly packaging.
And on top, the home-made dishes are made with local produce. On the menu: fresh pasta made on site, vegan salads, all-in-one dishes, home-made fruit juices, and so on. All guaranteed to put a smile on your face. You can sit outside and bask in the sun on nice days and even take your meal away. At the Gandot, they like Sainté and Sainté likes the Gandot.
