This gîte fitted out with care, is an ideal starting point to discover the Gorges of the last wild river of France, as well as the UNESCO classified heritage of St-Etienne and Firminy.

At your disposal, a non private parking and two small terraces with blinds.

Nearby: all shops, water sports and white water activities, Respirando station of Aurec-sur-Loire (4 km), Rochebaron-Chalencon and its castle (17 km), St-Etienne (30 km).

First floor: living room with dining area and TV lounge area, equipped kitchen, shower room-WC.
Possibility of two additional beds (sofa bed in the living room)

Lower floor: spacious bedroom (1 bed 140) with TV lounge area, Italian shower and access to a furnished terrace.

Services at disposal : Household linen included, baby equipment loan (bed and high chair).

Beds are made on arrival and an optional cleaning service is offered on departure - Cleaning deposit: 60 €.
