Heliciculture actually means farming a harmless horned beast - the snail. The happy dad of this very large family is called Gilles Déléage. His farm has fields, planks, nets, a laboratory, not to mention lots of hose pipes. Oh yes, and you need plenty of vegetation, rape or clover, for the youngsters to eat.
