My house of the 60's is located in a very quiet subdivision with little traffic.
It is close to the shops, to the retirement home of Aurec and to the banks of the Loire.
You can park your car in the courtyard. The bedroom, on the first floor, is equipped with a 140cm bed (recent and comfortable bedding), a wall cupboard, an armchair and a console.
You will have free access to the kitchen if you want to prepare your evening meal. Internet access.
