Barboton (pronounced with local accent, please!), what exactly is that then? It's a stew with lamb and potatoes, seasoned with thyme and bay, slow cooked for a long, long time. Simple, informal cuisine, with a bowl of lettuce on the table like at home, and not just one dessert but an assortment of desserts, like you used to get in the old neighbourhood bistros.
