"Les douces heures de la Palmeraie" is a little bit of Morocco right here in Saint-Étienne, where tradition meets modernity for the delight of foodlovers. The setting is cosy and welcoming: zellige tables, finely chiselled appliqué lights create a hushed intimate atmosphere, soft music. Delicious Moroccan pâtisseries with almonds, honey, dried fruit and natural aromas can be enjoyed on the premises or purchased to take away. You can have a tea or coffee (pure origin for both), a herbal infusion, a traditional fruit juice, an artisan ice cream or a Moroccan orange salad, not forgetting the traditional fresh mint tea.
